Die-cutting

Metal die cutting is the mechanical process between a punch and a die, which exerts a shearing force on the material to be processed. The workpiece or sheet is subjected to a specific pressure determined by our production department to generate a specific shape provided by the customer. This shape is achieved thanks to our die or mold. Through the die cutting process, shearing, stamping, perforating, and marking can be performed.
