The lamination process consists of plastic deformation with continuous flow of a material, which passes through rollers and generates shearing of the material due to the stresses generated.

The vast majority of lamination processes are carried out hot, however, it can also be done cold.

For the preparation of the lamination procedure, we initially have evaluation parameters such as:

• Material resistance
• Friction
• Roller diameter
• Presence of tension fronts
• Final requirement
